What is a best credit loan mortgage.

I just purchased a new 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom house on the Daly City/Colma border, (about 3 minutes driving time south of SF, about a half mile east of 280) and I need to find 2 male or female roommates. The rooms that are open are a hardwood floor bottom story bedroom 14ft/14ft with a private door leading to your own small 20ft/6ft backyard. The other room is a 12ft/10ft loft that is has a great view and is fully enclosed with a locking door.

The bottom bedroom is available March 1 and is $750 per month. The loft is $625 per month and is available for someone to move into, asap. The lease can be month to month or 6th month/12 month, security deposit will be $500. I do not need first and last months rent, just the security deposit and first months rent before you move in.

The House is located in a private group of 18 other houses and is in a very safe area. The house includes:

About me:
I am a 29 year old that grew up in Marin County, graduated from Sac State and am a very laid back Criminal Justice officer. Since I am a in the Criminal Justice field, I obviously can’t have any roommates that do drugs or that have a serious criminal history. Not saying I want someone overly straight arrow, just someone that is together and responsible.

I enjoy going out with friends and meeting new people. I love going to sporting events, surfing, hiking, skiing going, playing in softball/kickball leagues, going to concerts and traveling. I am relatively clean and very easy to get along with.

My two roommates that you would be living with are very cool and respectful. John 24 is a fulltime cinedma student at SFSU and Alana is a fulltime student at the SF Culinary Academy and works in a catering business. It may seem like living with three other people is a lot, but it really isn't because I have another apartment in SF that I am mostly at and John and Alana are out of the house a lot with school/work.

If you are tired of driving around in circles trying for over a half an hour trying to find a parking spot around your house in SF like I was, this place is for you. This is a quiet place to live in, with easy access to downtown SF (10 minutes driving/15 minutes by BART) or very close access to SFSU (it took me 8 minutes to drive there from the house).

We are looking for someone is easy going and respectful. Someone that has a full time job or is a student.
