My roommate and I are looking to rent a 2 bedroom apartment around the UC campus area, at the very furthest around 7 or 8 blocks away. We are very quiet and responsible. I have a tiny and well-behaved female cat that I could pay an additional security deposit for. I just purchased a new 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom house on the Daly City/Colma border, (about 3 minutes driving time south of SF, about a half mile east of 280) and I need to find 2 male or female roommates. About me:
I am a 29 year old that grew up in Marin County, graduated from Sac State and am a very laid back Criminal Justice officer. John 24 is a fulltime cinedma student at SFSU and Alana is a fulltime student at the SF Culinary Academy and works in a catering business. It may seem like living with three other people is a lot, but it really isn't because I have another apartment in SF that I am mostly at and John and Alana are out of the house a lot with school/work.

If you are tired of driving around in circles trying for over a half an hour trying to find a parking spot around your house in SF like I was, this place is for you. This is a quiet place to live in, with easy access to downtown SF (10 minutes driving/15 minutes by BART) or very close access to SFSU (it took me 8 minutes to drive there from the house).
